These are the step required to upload application on Blackberry App world Store.
1. Create Account at Blackberry developer site https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/
and confirm your account by verifying email ID.
2. Once you verify it then go to vendor registration site of developer site here
https://appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal/home.do and complete the registration process
3. Once register for Blackberry Vendor site. Please check your mail and follow the steps explained

4. After submitting the document wait for confirmation from blackberry developer site and once
